Advice to Management
Cut production/storage/transportation costs of physical devices, focus on modernization and digitalization the company, introduce new technology stack (.NET Core), do not forget about software developers/engineers (main attention usually put onto drill engineers, roughnecks, and manufacturing staff workers).

Erst gab es ein Kurzes beschnuppern. Dann wurde Interesse an der Person verkundet. Dann Interesse an dessen wissen. Anschließend Interesse an der Zukunftsplanung. Dann noch Interesse an der beruflichen Weiterbildung. Zu letzt dann noch Interesse an beruflichen zielen.
