I worked at Bayer as an intern (Less than a year)
Although it's an IT internship, I think I had more interesting software development projects than some friends at top tech companies. This is purely because the managers, mentors and co-workers at Bayer are some of the most supportive, kind, and open-minded people you might ever meet. Although there are some disagreements here and there, they let you participate in projects you're interested in and pitch new ideas. Although salary could be higher for FT, Bayer offers literally everything else that they can provide (work-life balance, growth-opportunities, benefits, good co-workers, etc).
Full-time salary, some very relevant tech stacks but some still in-progress
Advice to Management
Differentiate positions in IT, need more software engineer, DevOps, QA positions and for pay to reflect that.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bayer (Morristown, NJ (US)).
Very organized and fast-paced. Managers were clear and communicated the energy of culture and expectations. The process was wonderful until most senior managers based in Europe and Jr. Manager based in NJ were involved in final phone interviews.
