Upper management biased and very male dominated. If you are in a management position, you are often required to sacrifice your weekends for travel.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bayer (Wayne, NJ (US)) in October 2011.
Very thorough and detailed. Went through four rounds of interview at entry and five rounds when i did an internal transfer. Met with people at all levels and also met with the team members. Post interview hiring process was very smooth. I had a lot of opportunity to meet with current employees and ask many questions
