    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Bozzuto (Jersey City, NJ (US)).

    Interview

I began by applying online in early September and received an e-mail noting their interest in mid-December (they take a while to go through the candidate review process). The first step is to complete a pre-recorded video interview, that is then sent for review. You then will move onto a phone interview, and then finally either an in-person/or live video interview. The last two interviews required you to know your resume well, why you want to work in this industry, and what your strengths are/what you bring to the table. Be confident in yourself and ask a lot of questions... each interviewer I spoke to was very open and incredibly resourceful.
