    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Brewin Dolphin (London, England (UK)) in October 2018.

    Interview

First interview with hiring manager then subsequent interview with prospective colleagues. First interview was fine and subsequent interview was also routine but feedback following the interview did not match the questions I was asked during the interview. This was for a senior role and the interviewers were less experienced in the subject matter, so difficult to see how they could form an informed opinion of capability given their lack of expertise, and the feedback re-enforced this.
