Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at British Airways (Newcastle upon Tyne, England (UK)) in July 2011.
Interview
Online tests for first sift.
Standard Maths, English and Psychometric tests staged in a single assessment day.
Group exercise the same afternoon, roleplay based upon business situation.
If successful then invited to return for a face to face Interview with two managers. Relaxed interview with a focus on finding out about you, your background and your aspirations.
Long process overall but pretty standard for graduate programs.
