I have been working at Cadmus Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Depending on the role and skill-set you have, you can be involved on a large variety of projects. I am putting my skill to good use and I continue to learn more and evolve my roles. The work in the GS sector feels meaningful and rewarding.

    Cons

I feel lucky enough to have a role that brings interesting work my way, but I know that is not the case with everyone. There may be long dry spells with mundane work when client's needs shift.
    Medical benefits are sub-par.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Cadmus Group (Arlington, VA (US)) in June 2016.

    Interview

I talked to an HR person on the phone and then had a final interview with two people that I would be working with. Afterwards, I was tested for skills with spreadsheets and writing.

    Interview Questions

    • The two unexpected questions were about whether it's more sustainable to use paper cups or a mug, and how many lightbulbs there are in DC.   3 Answers
