I have been working at Campbell Soup Company full-time (More than 5 years)
Campbell displays a family oriented culture, flexible work life balance and is committed to seeing the success of their employees through career planning, trainings and pursing higher education. Even though we are a big company, Campbell has a small feel that allows for you to see value add work up front. This is my first job out of school, and anticipate Campbell being the only job of my career (5 years down, many more to go!).
There is not much I can say wrong about Campbell.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Campbell Soup Company (Camden, NJ (US)) in May 2020.
The interview itself was great but never heard back. The recruiter said it was a great interview and told me I would be contacted the next week as she was going to submit my information to the hiring manager. Instead, I didn't hear back and after multiple times trying to contact them I received a 'thanks but no thanks' email. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
