I have been working at Citizens full-time (More than a year)
The training program is great, the employees and culture are strong, and the customers are awesome.
Compensation is weak compared to the industry, schedules change several times a week, turnover is very high and there is a heavy lack of staffing.
Advice to Management
Allow colleagues to define a set career path, and show them how to achieve their goals to get there
