    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Citizens (Glen Allen, VA (US)) in November 2017.

    Interview

The interview was quick and to the point. Thorough questioning but after I started the position, the interviewer/hiring manager seemed to forget everything about me (my years of experience, prior management and restructuring experience. It was even overlooked when I started and orientation (or lack thereof)
