    Recommends

I have been working at Citizens as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

If you are working with a good group of people who support each other, it makes the job a lot better. Also, getting to know and build relationships with the customers is awesome.

    Cons

Sometimes the management can be a little overbearing and tend to nit pick over things that tend to change anyway.

    Advice to Management

Continue to coach and guide the employees, and find out what way of encouragement works for each individual to help that person shine.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens (Newport, RI (US)) in March 2015.

    Interview

A telephone interview with HR followed by a brief telephone conversation with the Manager and then a face to face interview with Manager. A week later I was called back in for a meeting with the Branch Manager and the Regional Manager, where the Branch Manager left the office halfway during the process. Two day later, HR called to offer me the position.
