    Pros

Friendly people, opportunities for advancement and great management! They treat their employees very well.

    Cons

In my 4 months, I have met a number of Senior Leaders and the experience has been wonderful. There is no downside to working for Citizens Bank.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing to make Citizens Bank a great place to work and grow.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Citizens (Riverside, RI (US)) in March 2017.

    Interview

It was not overly long. Only had to interview once. Two managers interviewed me. One was attentive while the other was constantly checking the phone. I did post internally so that may have shortened the process.
