Interacting and assisting customer with their various transactions.
At times customers would call in very irate about one or more of their products and or services.

applied on a Sunday received a email for a phone interview on Tuesday following day had phone interview which lead into a in person interview on that Thursday by the following Monday received a call about getting the position
