I worked at Comcast part-time (Less than a year)
Pros
It was a nice work environment and my fellow employees were nice to work with. I also enjoyed that it was easy to gain trust and respect from management.
Cons
Lack of management, there was never a clear manager and management never really helped when problems arose.
Advice to Management
Create a better work schedule and be more open to other workers ideas on how to improve the store.

Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Comcast (Turnersville, NJ (US)) in April 2017.
Interview
Very simple interview process. One face to face interview, that was all. I was interviewed by the store manager and the assistant store manager. They offered me the job after the interview had concluded.
Interview Questions
