      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Wilmington, DE (US)) in October 2008.

      Interview

      Interview process was short, 3 interviews. One with Recruiter to see how you fit the job description will ask what makes you feel fit for this job, what experience with computers do you have. For the job i interviewd for, i was asked to describe things such as WWW, TELNET, Hub, Network, things of the IT nature. 2nd interview was with a Team leader in the Advanced Products group. They listen for your tone while you talk, of course its for a call center job, so they listen for grammar.

      There wasnt too much negotiation in the job or the salary they offer. I Personally was estatic with the amount they offered so i didnt try to Negotiate a higher pay
