I worked here for a short period of time but I will say that the training that I was receiving was great and my trainer was very friendly. Resources were great in training and I was learning things.Cons
I was supposed to get paid for the first 2 days I worked on the first check in the mail it took almost 2 weeks to receive that pay check after multiple phone calls. It seemed impossible to get aAdvice to Management

I had a second interview where I answered technical questions and answered questions depicting how I would handle different scenarios.InterviewHow in the past did you handle an irate customer? If a customer called with a computer that would not turn on what would you suggest? Also different question about Mac OS requirements.
