I have been working at Credit Suisse full-time (More than 8 years)
sick days, maternity leave, paternal leave ,flexible work hrs
promotion process is not properly defined, getting to next level takes years and very disappointing as there is no unique process, it all depends on the manager
Advice to Management
take acre of your best talent, most people leave Credit suisse because they are not able to move up to the next level and it takes years to get there

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Credit Suisse (Cary, NC (US)) in November 2016.
I applied though my college's website. My first interview was conducted at the college and my second was at Credit Suisse's location near RTP in North Carolina. This second interview was with 3 different people in different fields that were hiring interns. I felt the interviews were interesting and went well (ranged from behavioral to very simple technical, such as why you would prefer one coding language over another). I applied in November of 2016 and did not received an email telling me I hadn't been accepted sometime in March of 2017.
