      I have been working at Desert Radiology full-time (More than a year)

      Pros

      Fast-paced busy outpatient imaging which allows for a sweet blend of career+personal life balance. Fair pay + robust bennies. Would recommend. Company is as transparent as they can be and keep open communications with employees. Rare to find nowadays.

      Cons

      It can be hit or miss depending on what office & manager you land. Company policy is VERY strict with attendance, so if you can't be on time or call off a lot, then this is not the place for you.

      Advice to Management

      Thank you for the straight talk and transparency you bring to the table. Keep it up. Your PCC dept. needs state-of-the art training with webinars and technical advisors. The PCC's et all, make clumsy sometimes wrong decisions which effect tech workflow and pt care. Consider a Registered Technologist to administrate that department. Common sense.
