I have been working at Electronic Arts full-time

    Pros

    - Great culture
    - The right people
    - Classic games

For a person who doesn't buy into the corporate fluff, Andrew Wilson is just flat-out inspiring. He gets it, and he makes sure that his company "gets it". If you truly care about making great games... if you wear your gamer heart on your sleeve, this is the place for you. EA and DICE are amazing.

    Cons

    - Making me wonder why I didn't come here sooner

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the hard work!

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Los Angeles, CA (US)).

    Interview

Met a Recruiter on Campus through a Club event and exchanged emails. I emailed a week after the event and received an interview request about 2 weeks after. After that I did a 30 minute behavioral phone call and then a 45 minute technical.

Haven't heard back yet so I just put the most neutral response
