    Pros

Kyiv team was really good. Highly professional members. Covid was the reason to layoff large amount of people. If there was a chance to return, I would come back. Good compensation on local market.

    Cons

There were issues with communication with other locations. However time zones didn't really matter.

    Advice to Management

Grow Kyiv team, Introduce bonuses after you raise again.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Fareportal (Kyiv (Ukraine)) in January 2016.

    Interview

Highly professional interview with a lot of questions regarding background and involvement to the development process. I was offered to present simple user story, also some time was spent on travel industry questions and daily travel agent activities.
Hiring process was quick, as a candidate, I had a great experience.
