One could say communication, but that is always the case. The best part is they recognize it and are working on it.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at FireEye (Draper, UT (US)) in November 2018.
Contacted by recruiter prior to posting, to express their interest. Set up phone interview with recruiter and really enjoyed it. Set up time to interview with the hiring manager and interviewed face to face. Overall a great and very easy experience.
