    Pros

    Good Salary
Every engineer is a very high level
    Remote work

    Cons

Nervous atmosphere: every day can be your last. Maybe It's not bad, because you are in a real concurent life. So there is a really slim border between 'everything is good' and 'everything is bad'.

    Advice to Management

Try to give some people a second chance, because they can change something in their work process and can bring you more profit.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FireEye (Tokyo (Japan)) in September 2015.

    Interview

Only had 2 interviews. Nothing real difficult or worth stressing out over. They were desperate for bilingual employees. They tell you how exciting it is working for FireEye. It started off that way, but wasn't as exciting.
