I have been working at First Data full-time (More than 10 years)
The people are amazing. Everyone gets stock in the company. The new leadership has set the company on the right path and the company is starting to bring truly innovative products to market. I see more opportunity now that I have in the past 15 years with the company.
The company is going through a major culture shift in order to be successful. There have been lots of changes in the past couple of years, but that change is starting to pay off.
Advice to Management
Communicate more directly with employees.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at First Data (Denver, CO (US)) in October 2015.
First round telephonic, second round face to face. My second interview is about design the bidding application similar to eBay. I provided basic components that will help to build the application. But they need total solution. We don't have time it took an hour. We are just developers not designers or architects. Towards the end I had a rapid fire round of Java questions. Questions are asked in seconds and we need to respond in less than a second. I did not get time to think from one question to another, they will bring you into state of confusion. They will rush you up.
This is for EFTPS project and it is contract to hire. They will ask you if you are a citizen or green card holder and they will do the in depth background check.
