    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at First Data (New York, NY (US)) in May 2015.

    Interview

Interviewed over a 3 month period. The background check took another month. Interviewed with 12 different individuals on the telephone and in person. The interview questions were very good and the interviewers were very good.

    Interview Questions

    • Typical questions. Asked about my background and what I could do for them. The job description was exactly what I wanted and expected. However, after I started the job, I realized the job description did not match what I was asked to do, which was insanity: doing the same things over and over again and expecting the same results. I expected empowerment and the opportunity to make positive changes. I was not empowered to do this.   Answer Question
