I have been working at Frontier Airlines full-time (Less than a year)
The in flight team is amazing. Laura is doing an incredible job as In Flight Director. Cant wait to see what the future holds.
I haven't had a negative experience yet and I don't think I will have any in the future.
Advice to Management
Keep on doing the great work.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Chicago, IL (US)) in November 2018.
Applied Online - 9/29
Online Assessment - 9/29
Invited to Phone Interview - 10/31
Phone Interview - 11/1
It was one of the worst interviews I can think of. She called 3 minutes after the scheduled time, which was fine. The first question asked was "are you at least 20 years of age?" LITERALLY the 2nd question was "do you have any tattoos?" Once I answer yes, but not visible in uniform, she said she had to terminate the interview and could not go any further. DOES NOT make ANY sense to terminate an interview based off of a tattoo that would never be visible during work or in the uniform. This shows that the company is very close-minded and not willing to change with the times. They are likely not a diverse company or forward thinking. The interview lasted two minutes! I would not recommend anyone applying here especially since the pay is one of the lowest airlines anyway.
