    I have been working at GE full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    it is world'd best company in terms of leadership and 5th in fortune best companies.

    Cons

    the entity in which i am working is not doing good in indian market, because of high prices and some other reasons.

    Advice to Management

    we does not have good delivery of products to end customer thats why customers believes that we are not better than other competitors.

    The interview was mainly focussed on basic concepts of power transmission and electrical machines.One should know the working of grid, power plants, transformers.
    Before interview technical test is conducted which contains questions on dc machines, power producing capacities of different sectors;renewable and thermal,hydro.
