    Pros

Free lunch, and you're able to work overtime if you need to.

    Cons

    Poor work/life balance.
Your job as a packer can only be complete at the rate of which the trucks that deliver the charter carts come in. Besides the 15-30 minute interval between delivery trucks, another impeding factor to cart 8-hour cart completion, is some trucks do not have the type of charter cart you need to pack for your next flight.
You will likely be getting 1-2 hours of OT, just from waiting for these trucks.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Gate Gourmet (SeaTac, WA (US)) in May 2015.

    Interview

Apply online, phone interview and then in person pending results of phone screen. Seemed a little unorganized as when i arrived there were several applicant's waiting to be seen but only 2 seats, they announced the supervisors were running late and thanks for waiting,

It was about fifteen mins of waiting which was ridiculous. We reviewed my application and that was it got the offer,

    Reasons for Declining

The pay, for it being a stock and unloading trucks and what not it pays merely fifty cents nore than minimum wage, which is low,
