I have been working at Gate Gourmet full-time (Less than a year)
Free lunch, and you're able to work overtime if you need to.
Poor work/life balance.
Your job as a packer can only be complete at the rate of which the trucks that deliver the charter carts come in. Besides the 15-30 minute interval between delivery trucks, another impeding factor to cart 8-hour cart completion, is some trucks do not have the type of charter cart you need to pack for your next flight.
You will likely be getting 1-2 hours of OT, just from waiting for these trucks.

Apply online, phone interview and then in person pending results of phone screen. Seemed a little unorganized as when i arrived there were several applicant's waiting to be seen but only 2 seats, they announced the supervisors were running late and thanks for waiting,
