I have been working at General Mills full-time (More than a year)
General Mills has one of the best cultures I've ever seen in a company. We come to work every day to work as a team, and to help each other to produce the best products for our consumers. The pay/benefits are very competitive, and the vacation time is generous. Overall, a great place to work!
Like many companies, General Mills is going through multiple restructuring efforts to make itself more lean and efficient. This can cause some stress in the short term, but should lead to a stronger company in the future.
Advice to Management
Continue to build upon world-class culture, and put more effort into change management.
