    Application

I applied online. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Uxbridge, England (UK)) in February 2020.

    Interview

    Step 1: CV screening
    Step 2: Online Assessment
    Step 3: Video Interview
Step 4: 2 Panel Interviews, including an unseen case study, a prepared presentation and a competency based interview.

Although this was a long and tiring process and that it was very disappointed to get no offer in the end, this experience wasn’t a waste of time and was positively challenging. The whole process was brilliantly managed by the current Recruiter, who often gave feedback and was always on time.
