I worked at General Mills full-time (More than 3 years)
Positive people and an environment of support are what makes General Mills a truly exceptional company to work for. Particularly among exempt employees, benefits are at/above industry averages and pay is quite good.
Working at such a large company often means dealing with many layers of bureaucracy in order to complete tasks (though this is admittedly a small headache)

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Wellston, OH (US)) in October 2020.
Zoom was used due to COVID-19, but it was a great experience and very thorough! There were 7 interviews scheduled on the 2 interview day. The first interview was brief that lasted about 20 minutes.
Make sure if you apply, be consistent and truthful!
