I worked at General Mills full-time (More than 3 years)
Positive people and an environment of support are what makes General Mills a truly exceptional company to work for. Particularly among exempt employees, benefits are at/above industry averages and pay is quite good.
Working at such a large company often means dealing with many layers of bureaucracy in order to complete tasks (though this is admittedly a small headache)

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at General Mills (Wellston, OH (US)).
Phone Interview followed by on site interview. Three interview steps on site. The first two were in two different rooms with two other salary employees in each room. The final interview (same day) was with hiring manager after a tour last f the plant.
