Submitted resume to the hiring manager through a friend. Invited to an onsite interview at Philadelphia. Flight, limo service, hotels and meal expenses were included. It was a whole day interview. One on one with 5 staff member from various department, lunch with 3 junior level staff members, and one on one with hiring manager. Invited to a second onsite interview. This was a two day process. Needed to give an one hour presentation with offsite people called in. One on one with 6 director level managers from other department and HR director. Lunch with potential direct reports. Dinner with senior level manager.
