I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at GlaxoSmithKline (Rio de Janeiro (Brazil)) in January 2013.
First we have to do some online tests related to IQ, English language and general knowledge. Second step, we have a conversation through skype or phone with the third party that was leading the application program. Third, we've had a dynamic group phase with a individual written case that you should answer several questions in a paper and after that they applied a case and split the candidates in several groups that needed to present their conclusion at the end of activity. Four, we've had a panel group with only a few candidates when each one needed to play a specific role in a case (supply, commercial or industrial directors) and after the discussions, the group needed to present it for a manager who played the CEO role and pressure them with some questions. Last phase was 2 interviews with managers.
