Application
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GlaxoSmithKline (Weybridge, England (UK)) in February 2020.
Interview
I applied online and completed online tests (common ones like math skills and how would you react in certain situations). If you passed that then you will be invited to complete the application form which consists of 2 questions (why u want to work with us and why do you want to work this role?). I was then invited to an assessment centre (phone call). Consisted of 1 interview, 1 presentation and a group assessment exercise. The interview was pretty chill because my interviewer was very chill and the interview ended up to be a very fun one, like a chat instead of a real interview. The grp exercise : u were given a material and asked to discuss with other candidates in a given amount of time. Then assessors asked you individual questions. Presentation was abt the grp exercise and questions asked were pretty okay.
