Usual conversation about what your skills are and why do you want to join GoCardless.
2. Video conference with CTO's friend
This person was brought along by the CTO of GoCardless, is the founder of Slackline and struggles a bit with English. Overall, nice to talk to, but after emphasising that leadership skills are the focus for this role and a lot of line management is involved, asked only Solution Architecture questions.
