    Pros

flexibility, coworkers, great culture, great benefits

Google has become less innovative and very slow as it's matured. Great company but this isn't the innovative company it once was.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Ann Arbor, MI (US)) in September 2021.

    Interview

I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn for this position, and after reviewing the role expectations I was in 100% agreement (and VERY enthusiastic) about me being a great fit for this role. I was sent some tips to prepare but the interview itself had very little to do with what was sent to me. Everyone was very pleasant throughout this process & very efficient - that is, until after the 2nd and 3rd interview. No feedback given and recruiter can’t access the notes from the interviewers so very challenging to know how to proceed. Still holding hope to gain insight and will be applying to other roles. Google seems like a great company to work for!

    Interview Questions

    • They prefer privacy so unable to disclose actual questions, however, there were 5 scenario based questions with roughly 5-10 parts each (yes, very intense).   Answer Question
