I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Guidepoint (Hong Kong (Hong Kong)) in November 2020.

Interview

1st round was just phone screening with HR. It mainly cover basic questions about your CV and motivation for this job. HR would briefly explain the industry and company as well.
2nd round interview was held in the office. Met with 4 interviewers (Project Manager & Research Manager) and followed by 1-hour written test + followup discussion. Some of the interviewers were pretty rude and they didn't seem to care the interview at all. They asked same questions in 2 different rounds and it wasn't truly professional. The written test is okay but the followup discussion was like mental torture as they only want you to say the answer they agreed. Did not get the offer but I feel it would not be positive experiences if working with them.
