      Pros

      Good salary, good environment and Good leadership. Overall, I think you can get what you want from such a big platform and explore the industry you enjoy. People here are smart and intelligent. They can teach you a lot

      Cons

      As I was in Shanghai office, I do not think localization is enough for Guidepoint Global in China. There exists strong local competitors with Mandarin systems and on-site finance department which may make it harder to win the battle.

      Advice to Management

      Lucky to meet management from UK, SG and HK. They have strong personality and give you guide to do the work right. While I think more effective communication is needed between offices in different locations.
