      Pros

      Singapore office is a nice family. Most of teamates stays more than 5 years. This fact tells everything. And you can learn different things everyday. A very interesting work

      Cons

      Management structure is somehow very flat.

      I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Guidepoint (Singapore (Singapore)) in August 2020.

      Interview

      Applied in March and heard back in August. First screening call with HR to determine interest and fit for role. Then an interview with client manager and associate.

      Eventually received an automated HR e-mail that I had not been selected for the role. Embarrassing treatment of a candidate who went through a cumulative 3 hours of interview across one month.
