    I worked at Halliburton full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Excellent work conditions, and huge capacitation for the employee. The training is very valueable and they take care of their personnel.

    Cons

    The work could be tough and the working hours also can be extense. It is needed to have a high control over the stress, cause the decisions have a high impact on the company income.

    Advice to Management

    It should be a better balance between the worker life and the work. sometimes there is no time for the employees to attend their families and personal lifes.
