At my job every guest is coming to you about the problems they experience, wether its and engineer problem, housekeeping problem, or just their own problem so it tends to get frustrating when they take their anger out on you.
Advice to Management
The guest is always right, even if their wrong. Don't take things personal.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hilton (Lexington-Fayette, KY (US)) in May 2012.
Was pretty easy. Was asked about customer service, strengths, and how to handle a customer complaint. The only unique question was what to do with a angry guest in the shuttle while its pouring rain. Told me they would call me if interest...hour later was called in to meet the gm and offered job.
