I worked at Hilton as an intern
Amazing company culture and work/life balance. My department was phenomenal in allowing flexible hours if you got your work done. In addition to the company culture, the benefits were great. There were so many company events that they organised, from Baseball games to Concerts. It was also really nice to see how Senior Management interacted with all team members, especially the CEO. Chris really cares about every team member are their contributions to the company.
In any matrix organisation it gets a little tricky to know who is accountable for what, and where to even begin communicating inquiries. This was the only challenge I encountered when working there.
Advice to Management
Perhaps it would be useful to have each department put together a basic SOP that dictates who to contact, and where to go for general inquiries regarding department specific projects (especially with how they relate to other departments). This could be updated by one individual as things shift and change.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton (Tysons, VA (US)).
They set up two phone interviews followed by an in person interview. The in person interview was informal. They did not have a room ready and I interviewed in a shared office.
