I worked at Intel Corporation full-time (More than 10 years)
You can bet your talents will be challenged to help you grow professionally. I worked with a great group that helped form my talents along the way.
Many stressful hours along the way but when you couple that with friends you make along the way and the help they hinder professionally, it’s becomes a team.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Gilbert, AZ (US)) in October 2008.
Very slow hiring process after interview. They pay for everything when coming from out of town for an interview, rental car, hotel, meals...
All questions are very general HR questions. The technical questions are non-specific to their technology. They just ask question on how you would troubleshoot a problem and how you would go about having a manual corrected that is incorrect.
They were fair and counter offered like I figured they would but I negotiated even more and was only $2000/yr off my offer.
