      I have been working at Iress full-time (More than a year)

      Pros

      Team is very motivated towards the same goal, excellent management.
      Fun office environment, very laid back

      Cons

      Open office plan is distracting some times
      Can be difficult to get things done in a timely manner with colleagues in other regions due to the global nature of the company

      3 rounds - 3-person on-site panel interview for first round, a 2-person on-site technical interview (primarily coding interview) for second round, and a third round video conference interview with an architect from head office in Melbourne.
