    Manager Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Philadelphia, PA (US)).

    Interview

Wonderful and seamless interviewing process. Everyone who interviewed me was nice and paid attention to our conversations. Interviews weren’t difficult, but you need to have in mind: 1) why you are a fit for the role, 2) why J&J?, 3) know the credo, 4) have 6-8 experiences on hand that you can fit into answers if they ask STAR questions. The great thing about J&J is that they have a tracker on their website, and you are able to see where you are in the interview process. It helps relieve anxiety, so you don’t have to email your recruiter every moment for a follow up. They also have great tips and tricks on how to interview. My process was as follows:

    -Applied late June
-Call with HR beginning of July
-Zoom interviews (conversations) with several members of the team
-Offer within 1.5 weeks after last interview

I always thought it was impossible to get into big companies without having a referral or being an internal employee, but it does happen!
