I have been working at Johnson & Johnson full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very flexible in working schedule, lots of career training opportunity, great culture, definitely a great place to work if money is not your top priority

    Cons

Pay is generally lower than market, benefit is okay, but certainly not among the most competitive ones in pharma industry, which might be disappointed given the fact that JNJ is one of the top pharma in the industry
