I worked at La Poste as an intern (Less than a year)
Really nice company, well paid for an intern, give you lots of free time, people don't fear targets, huge benefits from the former status of public-held company
You can work in the middle of nowhere, work with former civil servants may make communication a bit difficult, most of coworkers are more than 40
Advice to Management
Wait and see the leaving of old civil servants

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at La Poste (Poitiers (France)) in May 2013.
