I worked at Lidl part-time (More than a year)
Being able to work on your own
Able to take a short comfort break if it was all getting too much
Rotational shift pattern was a bit annoying but expected in a call centre.
Advice to Management
Have more faith in the staff
Don’t treat them like their beneath you

I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Livingston, Scotland (UK)) in May 2019.
I have applied for an IT Administrator role at Lidl. I have received an SMS message telling me to phone the HR department. I phone and she asked me if it was okay for phone interview, although that was not mentioned in the message.
After an hour, I have received a phone call from the same person asking me for a suitable time for the interview and she sent an email confirming the interview . There were two interviews, panel interview and practical.
I think, they should have detailed the interview process and that there would be a practical test as well.
