    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Paris (France)) in January 2020.

    Interview

I was contacted by HR without me applying for any jobs.
First person I spoke to was very good & spend time explaining the job and the process. She arranged for a seconder interview with HR partner.
Second HR person was late for the meeting by 20 mins. She had no interest in talking to me or listening to anything I had to say and completed the interview in 10 mins as she had another meeting.
Surprise, surprise next day I had an automated rejection letter.
Considering I did not apply for the job and I have never worked in the black hole of recruitment, maybe you should take some time to understand what you are looking for and not just follow the process blindly.
And most importantly do not waste our time.
