    Pros

Morgan Stanley provides tremendous amounts of resources to advisors, that allow you to serve your clients at the highest level. Their investment into tech, cybersecurity, and planning platforms is impressive. The overall culture is much more focused on supporting advisor and client growth through planning and what is right for the client.

    Cons

The advisor compensation plan could be more competitive, and I understand that some branches do not have the same quality of management and support.
