    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Morristown, NJ (US)) in December 2016.

    Interview

I was basically just asked questions about myself and my interests/goals to make sure I was a good fit for the team and would be able to learn quickly and take on the tasks I would be responsible for completing. They went through my resume and asked a few questions about my past experience. It felt like a "getting to know you" conversation rather than an interview.
